What We Use...
Karinkuru Anime was established in January of 1998 by a group of anime fans. As fansubbers, we are committed to the effort to promote the art of Japanese animation in the United States by providing free of charge translations, timed scripts, and videotapes.

We currently use Substation Alpha for scripting and timing on the PC, and JACOsub for subtitling.

Armitage's subtitling machine is an Amiga 3000 with a GVP G-lock external Genlock. Mastering is done on a Sony SLV-R5UC S-VHS deck.

Rogue's subtitling machine is an Amiga 4000 with a GVP G-lock external Genlock. Mastering is done on a Panasonic AG-1980 S-VHS deck.
